A law firm is seeking a senior-level litigation associate with approximately 7-10 years of experience in water law and/or environmental law. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience drafting pleadings, briefs, and motions in both state and federal court, as well as managing discovery, including taking and defending depositions and arguing motions.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive matters, take ownership of significant projects, and work efficiently and collaboratively within a team environment. Active admission to the State Bar of California is required.
